use mindracer to build a s500 quadcopter

Hello,
I am thinking to build a size 500 quadcopter using mindracer. I am wondering if the power distribution is able to handle the larger current? The recommended esc is 30A and the motor I plan to use is 2212-920KV. Thanks.

Hi,

I can not deterministically say it can, as we did not test MRPDB against 2212-920kV motor. However, MRPDB is designed to support extreme racing quads equipped with ESC up to 35A, so should be no problem per ESC spec.

Here is a flight log in which you can find the actual current consuming as reference. It is a 450 quad, using 2216-900KV motor, (4S battery), should be close to your vehicle.
